Live Earth Live Geography

A big thanks to all those geographers who atteneded Live Earth sporting their GGIP T shirts. Danny O'Callaghan went a few steps further with his "Hand of Geog". Seeing the "Hand of Geog" really made me relfect on the progress we have made this year.

There is still much to be done. Take Danny's lead and act!

Ken Gives Geography its Place

Ken Livingstone "Mayor of London" no less has certainly given the GGIP a boost with the shots below. We have Danny O'Callaghan to thank for this great effort!

Ken who also wore his GGIP badge with pride at the photo shoot stated "I alwas liked geography at school when I was doing my O level".

Ken may well be our highest profile supporter so far!?!
